Explore moroccan cuisine (tagine,couscous, pastilla, tanjia,...)

During this trip, the included meals will be served to you as Moroccan guest. Tchicha, msemen, baghrir and Bissara, in local language which means barley soup, Moroccan pancake, one thousand holes pancake, and broad beans soup served usually in breakfast.Moroccan Tagine, this dish is more than delicious when it's home-made. During our trip we share some meals with the locals in their houses.

 

Program of the trip:

Day 1: Your arrival day to Morocco.

Day 2 to day 6: We visit the famous Hassan II mosque in Casablanca, it dominates the city with it's 200m high minaret. After we Drive to Rabat the administrative capital of Morocco. In Rabat, we visit the Kasbah des Oudayas, Med V mausoleum, Hassan Tour, and archaeological museum. We continue to Meknès which was the capital of Alaouite dynasty under the reign of Moulay Ismail, visit of the granaries, the mausoleum and famous square called Lehdim to explore the beautiful gate: Bab Mansour. We drive towards the oldest medina in the country with more than 10 thousands narrow streets, steam baths, medersas, handicrafts shops, ovens and small squares. It was founded by Idrissid dynasty in the 8th century. An included visit of the medina where we discover several historic monuments and several gates that still bear witness to Muslim civilisation and their renaissance in human history. Along the middle-Atlas mountain, a region of dense Cedar forests, we discover Azrou and Ifrane which was build according to a Swiss architecture. We visit the beautiful waterfalls of Ouzoud which attracts many tourists every year. 2nights in 4* hotel in Marrakech.

Day 7: Included foody tour of Marrakech.

Day 8 : Departure day.
