By the road of one thousand Kasbahs

This trip starts from Marrakech, and ends in Fez, during four days we discover Ouarzazete ; this beautiful city in the south side of the Atlas-mountains is the capital of cinema in Morocco, Skoura palmery, gorges of  Boumelene Dades and we do a short hike in Todgha gorges, we spend one night in a luxury desert camp in Merzouga, before we drive to Fez the city of one thousand treasure, through the middle-Atlas Mountains the last day. Visit of Ait Benhaddou , an hour camel ride, sun-set and a night in desert-camp in Erg Echebbi in Merzouga are among the highlights of the trip.


Programm,

-Day1 to day 4 : Group meeting in the hotel, and you leave Marrakech by 4x4. Drive to Ourazazete, the capital of cinema in Morocco. In this stage of the trip you will cross the High Atlas Mountain in Tizi n'Tichka pass (2260m).

In Telouet village we visit the Kasbah of Pasha before we drive to Ksar Ait Benhaddou a fortified village made by mud and straw and recognised by UNESCO as a world heritage. In Skoura valley you visit another Kasbah dated back to seventeen century. You continue to Boumalene Dades Gorges which are wonderful, first stop to take a picture of fantastic shapes of rocks called (Pattes du singes) as it look like monkey's feet. 

 From Todgha gorges you start another day of the trip to Tinjdad , then to Erfoud where you will visit fossils factories. In Erg Echebbi, mint tea in a small auberge, and camel ride for about one hour to desert camp to spend a night under nomad tents. You will discover some small cities along Ziz-valley, you cross the middle Atlas Mountain where you can see some Monkeys (Barbary apes).

In Fez we take you to your hotel and end of the trip with us. 5 hours drive.
